[sticky entry] Sticky: Welcome to Layout Lounge Workshop

This journal is a testing site for [community profile] layoutlounge or [livejournal.com profile] layout_lounge designs.

Since LiveJournal decided to discard Flexible Squares we needed a workshop to create new layouts for those of you who can't get back to Flexible Squares. Our Flexible Squares Workshop is still functioning and layouts for Flexible Squares will still be made (I love Flexible Squares) and all workshop activity for FS can be found at [livejournal.com profile] workshop_rees and now Expressive at [livejournal.com profile] loungeworkshop.

I do testing here so that those I help out can see the changes and see what designs I've made for them. This is also where I piece together layouts I'm working on, post coding for specific people who need coding help, and have testing tags to see how things will look.

You are more than welcome to look around and to see what is going on...

If you are looking for a layout head over to [profile] layout_lounge to see what I've made and to find tutorials on how to make LJ work for you. If you are looking for headers, banners or icons go to [livejournal.com profile] graffitigraphic or at [community profile] graffitigraphix which is where I store my LJ art work.

Coding for burninsnikers (testing preview)

Everything should work. It was a matter of having the code like clear: left; in the comments and currents. This made things align the way they should in posts.

Links in the sidebar for social media can be found: http://layout-lounge.livejournal.com/tag/help%20with%3A%20social%20media%20icons

The coding for these is in the layout already all you need to do is the coding for the sidebar in the free text section.

The edit links would be something you'd have to recreate with those icons in the sidebar free text section as well. Having an additional section would require a paid account.
